GP7 Cinema is now accepting applications for the casting call for the second season of the TV series *Contracapa*. The production is seeking actors and actresses residing in Curitiba and the Metropolitan Area to join the cast of the new season.

Created by screenwriter Rafael Waltrick, *Contracapa* offers a behind-the-scenes look at how news stories are crafted from the perspective of investigative journalism. Set primarily in the newsroom of the fictional newspaper Gazeta Brasileira, based in Curitiba (PR), the series follows journalists involved in producing major investigative reports as they face personal dilemmas and the challenges of a constantly changing market, marked by financial crises and the quest for credibility.

The series is produced by GP7 Cinema, with Kalaboa and Guto Pasko serving as producers; Pasko also serves as the series’ executive director.

At this stage, casting is open exclusively to actors and actresses from Curitiba and the Metropolitan Area, for the following apparent age ranges:

• Men aged 18 to 25;
• Women aged 18 to 25;
• Men aged 26 to 35;
• Women aged 26 to 35;
• Men aged 45 to 55;
• Women aged 45 to 55;
• Men aged 60 to 75.
