SYNOPSIS
At the end of the 19th century, a couple leaves Italy to live in the colony that was Latin America’s first and only anarchist experiment: Colônia Cecília. At first, excited by the new and stimulating world of the community, the two gradually become exposed to behavioral norms encouraged in that environment that put their relationship at risk, including so-called “free love,” which allowed both of them to feel free to pursue other romantic relationships. The marital crisis and the colony’s economic difficulties reach a breaking point, prompting everyone to come together and seek a solution to save Cecília from destitution.
A fictional TV miniseries produced by GP7 Cinema for RPCTV (Globo-PR) for the program *Revista RPC* (segment *Casos e Causos*).
